Are you ready to help change the system and grow your governance skills along the way?
Endometriosis NZ is offering a 12-month Future Director position for someone early in their leadership journey who’s ready to contribute, learn, and support one of Aotearoa’s most important health movements.
This is your chance to make a real impact in the lives of over 120,000 women and people assigned female at birth living with endometriosis in Aotearoa — and be part of a kaupapa driving change in our health system.
Help shape the future. Learn from experienced board members. And use your voice to make life better for thousands.
You don’t need governance experience, just a strong commitment to the kaupapa. Lived experience of endometriosis is welcome but not essential. Passion matters most.
What’s involved:
✔️ Attend 6–8 online board meetings (including preparation)
✔️ Join our in-person strategy day (costs covered)
✔️ Receive monthly mentoring from a board director
✔️ Develop your governance CV in a supportive environment
This is an unpaid but richly developmental role. Expenses are covered.
To apply: Send us a brief letter and 2-page CV to support@nzendo.org.nz by 8pm Sunday 24 August.
