Endometriosis & Exercise Series

As part of Endometriosis Awareness Month and the 120 Challenge, join us for a free four-week online series running throughout March 2026.

The first session will focus on education, covering endometriosis, pain, and movement, with a live Q&A to support understanding and confidence before moving into Gentle Exercise for Endometriosis: Breathwork and Mobility.

The remaining three sessions will each include 30 minutes of gentle, endometriosis-informed movement led by pelvic pain physiotherapist Caitlin Fris.

Across the series, you’ll complete 120 minutes of gentle movement, aligning with the 120 Challenge and the 120,000 people in Aotearoa living with endometriosis.

All sessions are free, online, and open to anyone in Aotearoa New Zealand.
