Endometriosis New Zealand CEO, Tanya Cooke spoke with Tova O’Brien and The Today FM show, to discuss how endometriosis sufferers are affected by this debilitating condition in Aotearoa.
Tova and Tanya spoke about the struggles New Zealanders face to receive a diagnosis, “Women really do have to have the courage to step up and talk to their GP and really fight for a referral through to a specialist gynecologist for a diagnosis.” Tanya said.
